Half Ironman Inspired by Anthony Ellison (Bowel Cancer Australia)

I've created this page to raise funds against Bowel Cancer, the most deadly form of cancer for 25-44yos. I am inspired by our lifelong mate Anthony Ellison, personal trainer, loving husband, amazing father & all round top bloke who continues to battle this terrible disease.

At age 39, Anthony was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bowel Cancer and has been on a rollercoaster journey ever since. Over 4 years later Anthony has had more surgeries than I can recall, campaigned with politicians in Canberra, trialed new treatments & techniques, remained active with fitness training and is always an inspiring positive beacon of hope to all those who know him. To help with the fundraising efforts I have signed up to the Melbourne 70.3 half-ironman on 10 Nov 2024 which consists of a 1.9k swim, 90km ride and 21km run.
