Story
On Saturday, 29th November, we are hosting our DEADLIFT FOR MENTAL HEALTH event at Complete Strength gym here in Traralgon.
This event is open to anyone who wants to jump in and have a go. Our goal is to help raise funds and bring awareness to mental health and the benefits that training can bring. No better way to do this than to bring our community together and hit some heavy deadlifts (and have a bit of fun!).

The event fee to register is a donation to Lifeline Gippsland. You can choose any amount. To help drive support, you can also ask any friends, family, your work, or local businesses to donate and support.
We appreciate any contribution, big or small. This all helps support a great cause!
