Story
Hi there!
I have spent a fair bit of time at the Royal Children's Hospital over the years. All the doctors and nurses have always been so amazing caring for me and so many other much sicker children.
So, in December I am going to chop my much loved hair to help The Royal Children's Hospital continue their amazing work.
I'm trying to raise at least $3000. If I reach my goal, I'll get a Crew Cut... BUT if I raise $5000 or more, I'll get a full Buzz Cut!
Any contribution, big or small will help many very sick children and will be much appreciated.
Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to my charity of choice.
Thanks so much for your support!
Anthony Ruiu
The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation
The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne is one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals, and has been caring for our most vulnerable children and their families for 150 years.
The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation is responsible for raising and distributing funds to support the work of the hospital. All donated funds are used to bridge the gap between government funding and the world-class standard of healthcare the hospital provides.
Generous community support helps to sustain the hospital’s role as international leader tackling some of the world's biggest paediatric health issues. Donated funds drive the hospital’s growth, are utilised only for purposes of excellence, and support the most innovative, life-changing programs and initiatives – that would otherwise not exist – in line with the hospital’s priorities across the areas of research, leadership & training, technology & equipment, and patient and family centered care.
