Story
In June this year we have both committed to walking the Kokoda Track in PNG in order to raise funds for Lifeline Canberra.
Every week, one Canberran takes their own life. Suicide and suicidal thoughts have impacted our own family and friends.
We are committed to helping ensure that Lifeline Canberra can continue to provide their 24/7 crisis hotline to assist Canberrans in their hours of need.
We are paying all costs associated with this trip - every dollar donated will go straight to Lifeline Canberra.

For over 50 years, our highly skilled volunteers have provided 24/7 support via our 13 11 14 crisis support service. Lifeline Canberra telephone crisis supporters listen with care and acceptance, whatever the circumstance, and provide support and information to people in need. As an integral part of the Canberra landscape, we continue to promote community and individual resilience. Each day our staff and volunteers fight to save the next life.
