Good Tri Mate
Good Tri Mate
Story
Ladies and Gentleman,
We are a group of MATES from Adelaide who decided to do something with our lives to increase our fitness.
We recognise that fitness is a great way to combat anxiety and depression and improve mental health.
As a group, we set ourselves a goal to complete a triathlon. As a result, we have been nothing but productive, determined and happy to crush this goal.
We are passionate about mental health and suicide prevention. We have been shocked by the statistics of the suicide rates in construction workers and need your help to do something about it.
We are as determined to raise money and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention for the construction industry as we are to crush this triathlon.
All proceeds you contribute go straight to MATES In Construction.
If you only donate every now and then or have never donated before this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
We could not be any more grateful to you for your perfect contributions.
A big thank you from the Good Tri Mate fundraiser group!
Feel free to come crush the triathlon with us:

MATES in Construction SA Ltd
MATES in Construction SA is an industry-led, evidence-based charity working to improve mental health and prevent suicide across Australia’s construction industry.
Every year, around 200 construction workers in Australia die by suicide. This is why our work continues.
MATES works directly within the industry to build stronger networks of safety, equipping workers with the awareness, confidence and practical skills to recognise when a mate may be doing it tough, start a conversation and connect them to the right support.
Through workplace training, peer support, case management, critical incident support and our free 24/7 Helpline, MATES is helping create safer, stronger and more connected workplaces where looking out for your mates is part of everyday culture.
By fundraising for MATES, you’re helping us reach more workers, strengthen support across our industry and continue changing the conversation around mental health and suicide prevention.
