Donna Runs Full Melbourne Marathon
Donna Runs Full Melbourne Marathon
Story
I am running my first full Marathon on the 9th of October 2011 which is 42kms. The event takes place in Melbourne starting at Batman Avenue and finishing at the MCG. The commitment to the training has been significant over the past six months and running and completing this marathon will be a major physical and mental challenge as well as a great personal achievement. Knowing that I am running for a great cause will assist in providing the motivation to keep going. So please donate no matter how large or small to help me achieve my goals and support Baptcare to continue providing those much needed services which receive minimal Government funding. Programs such as health checks to the homeless, supported accomodation for asylum seekers living lawfully in the community, family services like foster care and disability support and social support programs in aged care. Thanks for getting involved.
