The Soul Parent : Kilimanjaro Challenge

Hi folks!

I'm making a difference and climbing up Mt Kilimanjaro (highest freestanding mountain in the world) for two topics that's close to my heart. These two topics are Autism (especially related to girls) and mental health/resilience.  I'm a single father, and my little family and I live with these two topics on a daily basis. The Soul Parent initiative is about striving to be a better version of myself, role modelling for my children, and bringing awareness to these topics through my experiences to date.  This has a direct impact on my mental health journey in that it assists my healing and growth. Taking action at this level is a powerful kind of therapy and self perpetuating motivator, moving me in the direction of a life i'm meant to live with a clearer purpose and one that has the incredible power of inspiring many.

I'd appreciate any contribution, big or small towards the current project i'm working on with Autism NT.

These funds will go 100% directly to Autism NT to help create a Girls with Autism program.  Girls often blend better into society ("under the radar") and are therefore often mis-diagnosed, mis-understood, mis-treated and often largely alone navigating their feelings/thoughts/growth in their early years.  I want to make a contribution to tipping the scales through awareness and starting a program here in the Territory at the grass roots level.  This goes hand in hand with the need for mental resilience - that is, to be nurtured in our girls and also within the families and communities around them.

Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly to Autism NT.
