Story
Hi there!
I am taking on the challenge of an entire telstra Triathlon season for 2014-2015. My goal is to complete all 5 triathlons by more importantly celebrate my health along the way and raise money to fund the operation of LIfeline. Along with this Nugg and I are creating stupid happy music covers each month for the next 12 months that can be viewed on our youtube channel as part of NUGG'S CAUSE

Why?
I have found that my health and lifestyle choices directly have an effect on keeping my own black dog at bay. I am doing this to challenge and beat my own demons in life and to raise money to help others do the same.
Lifeline provides all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to online, phone and face-to-face crisis supprt and suicide prevention services. Your charitable donation could help save a life, give someone a shoulder to cry on or the support they need to ake a change and move forward in their lives.
I am lucky enough to have a huge support network of friends and family around me. Sometimes that is still not enough to escape the darkness. Donating to this cause may help someone find some light again.
