Story
Hi everyone!!
I am going to be running in the Gold Coast Marathon on 7 July 2013. It has given me the opportunity to raise funds for Down Syndrome NSW.
Down Syndrome NSW is a community based, not-for-profit association established by the families of people with Down syndrome in 1980. They encourage people with Down syndrome to fulfil their potential for successful and happy lives. DS NSW represents the interests provide support and information to people with Down syndrome and their families, service providers and the wider community.
Down Syndrome NSW does great work in the community and I want to get behind them by raising as much as I can. I have set a goal of $1000. I thought I would shoot for the moon!
So get your hands in your pockets and give what you can. I can’t do it without your support!!

Down Syndrome NSW
Down Syndrome NSW (DS NSW) exists to champion the right of people with Down syndrome to have the same access to society as everyone else.
This means the same rights to health, education, work, family and being part of the community.We strive to achieve this by supporting people with Down syndrome, their families and carers to be part of a strong and vibrant community that is informed, engaged and active.
DS NSW is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that was established in 1980 by parents of children with Down syndrome. Today DS NSW is still proudly parent run.
