Story
Hi my dear family and friends!
NOT EVERYONE HAS A CHOICE …I DO!
I choose to do it tough for the children who don’t have a choice! With your support!
The money I fundraise by going through 22 km of mud and terrifying obstacles will go towards the education of the children in the Chrey Village.
The people of this community wished for nothing more than a library, so I and (13 more mudders) want to make their wish come true and am looking to raise money to get the library set up.
I, personally, will go back to Cambodia next year to check on the progress of this project.
Please support me in this terrifying journey through mud, the arctic ice-bath and the ladder to hell...to just name a few obstacles!
With your support I hope to raise enough money to make a dream come true for those kids who have not much to give in return but a bright smile.

Hallo! Hier fuer meine liebe deutsche Familie und meine lieben Freunde:
Im Dezember haben wir (mein team und ich) im Dorf Chrey in Kambodscha eine Umfrage gemacht und es ist heraus gekommen, dass sie sich dort am allermeisten eine Bibliothek wuenschen.
Wenn man in Betracht zieht, dass die Menschen des Dorfes weniger als $2 am Tag zum Ueberleben haben, duerfte es doch fuer uns nicht so schwer sein, Ihnen diesen Wunsch zu erfuellen, damit sie schon bald in eine bessere Zukunft blicken koennen.
Um zu zeigen wie ernst ich das meine, haben ich und mein Team uns zum Tough Mudder angemeldet (22km durch Matsch und ueber Hindernisse). Ich wuerde mich so sehr freuen, wenn Ihr mich dabei unterstuetzt.
Ich, persoenlich, werde naechstes Jahr wieder nach Kambodscha reisen um zu schauen, dass jeder Pfenning auch da ankommt, wo er soll.
Jeder $ zaehlt und ist schon ein Buch mehr!

Hands Across the World
Hands Across the World's mission is to tackle the atrocities of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and human slave labour through education programs. Empowerment of the local people and prevention of these outrageous crimes.
The main means through which we aim to achieve this is education. We believe education is the great equalizer and the key to preventing these atrocities. It also provides opportunities by empowering people to create a brighter future for the whole community.
The 'Interactive Teacher Training' was formed in response to the low-quality teaching methodology in poor rural communities around Siem Reap. Here teachers from marginalized communities come together to learn quality teaching techniques, these teachers then spread their skills and knowledge within their remote community schools to the children. These students then have a chance to move away from potential dangers of human trafficking, sexual exploitation and human slave labour.
